ABBEY HAG THREAD CAP

The little black cap to protect the HAG threads when not in use is designed to fit on the end of the T handle. Perhaps you didn’t realize that and instead set it down, put it in your pocket, or decided to hold it in your mouth and accidentally started chewing.
