This compression plug provides an anchor point to set the headset preload on road, MTB, or gravel bikes with carbon forks.

COMPATIBILITY

• Forks with 1 1/8″ steerer tubes.
• Designed for carbon steerer tubes but works with metal steerer tubes with ID from 23.5mm to 24.5mm.
• Never use a star nut on forks with carbon steerers.
