MAXXIS – RECEPTOR

The all-new Maxxis Receptor is a semi-slick gravel tire designed for riding on pavement, hard-packed dirt roads, and light gravel.

• EXO Protection
• 120 TPI Tubeless Ready (TR) casing

Construction: The Receptor uses our tried and true 120 TPI casing to reduce weight and improve ride quality.

Compound: Two rubber compounds are used on the Receptor to balance rolling resistance and traction.

Protection: Our legendary EXO Protection borrowed from our mountain bike tires is used in the sidewalls of the Receptor to reduce the chance of flats from cuts or abrasions.

Recommended Use: The Receptor slots into the Maxxis gravel line between our high-volume Velocita slick and the knobbier Rambler. Choose the Maxxis Receptor if you ride predominantly on smooth surfaces with the occasional unpaved adventure.
