Now that the Rear Wheel Housing comes standard on the Rear Wheel Strap (what’s in the box with the Talon, Mini Bomber and Bomber racks), you can get just the ladder strap and buckle to replace the standard hook-and-loop strap, if you prefer the more solid connection. Hardware for mounting the the Rear Wheel Housing is included.
